Disneyland and babywearing?

We are going to Disneyland next month and I plan on wearing my baby, who will then be 4 mos. I have a baby bundler, and from what I can tell it's basically the same as a moby. It's a wrap.

Anyway, has anyone worn their baby all day at DL and did you carry your baby on rides? Is it best to leave baby in the sling or take them out on rides? She usually stays in facing me, mostly because that's where she naps, but we have been experimenting with facing out.

I'm just not sure if they let you wear them on rides? Like Indiana Jones? (just kidding)

I'm excited about the rider swap program, it seems like it will make our trip a lot better!

I do remember seeing someone nursing her baby on Pirates, that kind of scared me! I think that's just because she was on the edge and it looked like her baby could just fall out. I'm probably paranoid.

I wore DS at Disney World when he was 9 months. I wore him in an ergo on a lot of rides with no issues.

Ive done it quite a few times. Whether they will allow you on the rides with the baby in the carrier totally depends on the person running the ride and the age of the child. When DD1 was an infant (about 2-3 months old, before she could crawl/walk/run etc) I wasn't given a hassle except once with a pretty new person (who was later corrected and appologized for asking me to take her out). When DD2 was 11ish months old I was asked to take her out at every ride, however, she was a very active child. By then she could walk, climb onto the ride herself, climb into the seats herself etc so it wasn't hard having her out of the carrier. Especially since she wasn't a fan of napping in the carrier when she was that age.

DS's first trip to DL was at 5 weeks. (yes, weeks). He spent the whole time in his Moby even on rides. They will not allow you to go on rides with a back carry but you should be ok with a front carry unless you get an ultra persnickety ride operator. I do not ever recall being told to take him out and we were season pass holders who visited often.

Just so you know.....by the First Aid center is a baby care area with excellent changing tables, facilities for cloth diapers, a quiet nursing area with rocking chairs, and small toilets for the younger crowd. They even have a private area for pumping if needed.
