Has anyone used one? I just ordered one and was wondering if there is any feedback here. I know next to nothing about them, but am a huge fan of himalayan salt for healing. Thanks!

It's on my list of things to try, but I've not gotten to it yet. Let us know how you like it! It gets such great reviews from others, it seems.

The only thing that holds me back (would use it for DS) is the rec that you have to breathe through it for a long time? I'm wondering why it's better/different than using the Neti pot which is so quick.

I know nothing so take this with a grain of (tee hee) salt. The reason I'm interested is that it's supposed to benefit the respiratory system...not just the sinuses. that remains to be seen. they do recommend a half hour a day for maximum benefit which is a long time. they also say you can do it in intervals (which is what I'll be doing for sure!)

Please report back! We bought one a while back for my 6 yo but he would never use it as it should be used. Then we put saline in his nebulizer & that did help.
