homeschool 'childcare'

Homeschooling mom of two young children seeks family(ies) to join together with us. I've previously been a private childcare provider but now that my children are getting school age we're looking for a more age appropriate group to spend our days with. Following philosophies of unschooling, attachment parenting, and child led learning we spend our time reading books, going to the library, nature outings, taking local classes at NWTrackers, OMSI, the Columbia Slough in N Portland and the NWCT. We love to get together with other homeschoolers for play dates and group activities. We decide as a group what we want to dive into learning and then do just that- dive in until our curiosity is satisfied. Sometimes this involves renting movies, doing at home science experiments, or having guest speakers come to our house. We're very active and hands on and looking for a very small group, probably max 4 or 5 kids including my own.
I would like to provide the same types of experiences for other families who don't have the flexibility to homeschool but want a unique education for their children. I would be the same as any 'normal' childcare provider except I would have school age children instead of infants and toddlers. Rates, days, and times neg.
Live in inner SE Portland very close to Milwaukie, I205 and Mcglouphlin Blvd.
