The 5 km/3 mile Running Club!

I like to go out for a 5 km/3 mile run 3-4 times a week. It's not to short or long and it keeps me fit, lean and feeling great.

Last night I ran up to the grocery store for mushrooms and back, a 5 km run. Today I feel lean and strong.

Anyone else want to join me?

I have popped into the dingos thread from time to time. I find it hard to follow sometimes everyone there seems to know each other super well. I like to do smaller runs and you Dingos are distance animals!
