Has anyone ever felt discomfort from drinking home-brewed kombucha? I only let mine ferment for 4 or 5 days, and it's barely sour but I have been getting a very sour stomach feeling, even when I just drink a small glass. I read somewhere that some people have discomfort, and another site says that it's "healing crisis" and my body is detoxing. Has anyone had this experience? Oh, I think it does something to my need for extra calcium as well.
