Could reduced immunity be due to DD most recent vaccine?

My DD received her last PC vaccine at 13 months in August. Since then she has been an absolute germ magnet getting sick with a cold or one of the viral rash-fever things or thrush, which we had never had prior to this, a few days to a week after getting over the last illness. Thrush started 3 days after vaccination and the first cold about a week after. Could there be a link and should I talk to my daughter's ped about it? The other vaccine she has received is Pentacel (Polio/DTap/Hib). We delayed until 6 months, have done just one at a time, and have no other plans to do any other vaccines until 2. Any thoughts?

Personally I would be inclined to think yes they are related. I am of the opinion that all vaccines damage the immune system....There are many studies in the medical literature demonstrating this although Im not aware of any that specifically obtain to PC 13.

Thrush is a result of a systemic candida.....common in people with weakened immune systems.

I wouldn't bother talking to your ped, they will tell you it's unrelated.

To the OP:

Did you ask you doctor if her reduced resistance to disease could be due to the vaccines she received? If so, what was the doctor' reply?

The doctor is your expert here.

I think I will mention it to the ped to see if he thinks it could be related even though I expect to get no type of confirmation. However I am hopeful that perhaps if he hears of enough issues at some point he might care to educate himself a but more rather than just blindly accept or go along with the crowd.

I find it sad that we pay educated professional consultants and have to educate them also. Strange system we have.
