my friend passed away from Cancer , 36 y/o young

Hello all,

A friend of mine that I went to HS with and had recently reconnected with has passed away. She had melanoma. She was a 36 y/o woman, lovely, full of life and love. She fought this battle long and hard! She had Stage 4 melanoma for over a year. It spread to her brain and within 48 hours, there was nothing more that could be done.

Please pray for her family, her children are very young. Please pray for her parents as well.

I'm sorry that your friend died long before she should have.Devastating things happen to people while life goes on for the rest of the world .I am thinking of her family and know they will find a way to live a new and different life now- but I am imagining the pain they are feeling and recognizing it.I know when I have been in that kind of pain having someone really acknowledge it helped.I acknowledge your pain and theirs and I am sorry that I can't be there to do more. My husband had cancer and is clear now but the possibility of reoccurence is something we are living with daily.

I'm really sorry for your loss, and can relate. I lost one of my best friends 2 weeks ago tomorrow.

I will keep her family in my thoughts.
