Being induced Monday morning!!

I'll be 38 weeks monday morning, and being induced because of the blood clot behind my placenta... They're going to use Cervidil.
Has anyone been induced before.. have any experience to share?

I've been induced before, but not with Cervidil. I hope it all goes well! This is the first time I've noticed you're in Canada...which province? I'm in Victoria.

You'll be holding your baby soon!

I'm sure it's too late - you are probably at the hospital or on the way - but I was induced with my son. They used everything, including Cervadil. It caused VERY painful contractions for me (but I'd already been on pit for 24+ hours, so that might have been part of it). I hope your birth goes smoothly, you and baby are healthy and able to be home soon!
