Rash on nose: x-posted

Cross posted in DDC, but thought I may get more responses if I posted both places.

So... I have this rash under and around my nose... it looks like I have a cold and have been blowing my nose all day with rough tissues. But I don't have a cold, use a tissue once or twice a day, usually when I wake up and before bed, and they're soft. It's red, dry, and kind of tight feeling... like I've been non-stop blowing my nose. I've had it for over a month now (it took a while to notice it wasn't clearing up). It started just on the one side, now it's on the other too. It's all around the opening, and underneath. I first tried using Vaseline, then tried Aquaphor, and now, the past few nights, I've used Neosporin. The Neosporin seemed to help the most, but if I don't have it on, it gets like it again.

I know pregnant women go through all sorts of skin changes, but I don't have this anywhere else on my body, I don't use a cleanser really (and if/when I do, it's not under my nose), and it's not seeming to get better. I have an appt in a week with my midwife, and I'll have her look at it then. Any thoughts?

Im having this too!!!!!! Never had it before with other pregnancies. I have some sudocreme(from the UK but you can order it online so so worth the 9 bucks it cost) and I rub a small tiny amount around my nose and it clears up pretty instantly and the clear up lasts a week before it starts getting red again. I guess its just hormones??
