my sister was killed when i was walking with her

My 2 sisters and a friend were walking near (not on) a road when a man on drugs "fell asleep" and ripped her away from me. This happened on july 17th and i still cant see straight. I am so traumatized and horrified. we are an unbelievably close family and i miss her so much i cant stand it.
Her name is Sophie May
I have 4 children that i am struggling to care for, it is constant.

I am so sorry, too. It sounds really horribly traumatizing. If it's available to you I'd consider some therapy for yourself. You may be suffering from PTSD from such a tragic event on top of your deep grief.

Thank you, I definitely am suffering from PTSD. I have had some pretty intensive therapy since the accident. It has been exhausting though, so I am easing off a bit. I am so overwhelmed with daily life, that it is very difficult for me to look beyond putting one foot in front of the other.
Plus we are going through the beginning of the court process, which is just so painful.
I am exhausted, even getting in the car or out of it in a parking lot or area that there is traffic is traumatizing. If i have my kids with me it is unbearable.
I HATE THIS! I have an amazing community and support system, I don't know how people can get through something like this without.

I am so very sorry. We are here for you if you need to talk or just vent. I can' imagine what you are feeling. PTSD in and of itself is hard enough on top of the deep grief. Is there someone who can give you a day or two of relief, just to relax and give yourself some time? Maybe even a mother's helper to get your over this grief exhaustion?

i lost my brother in march of this year. i know how hard it is. i still can't believe that he doesn't exist anymore, that i will never again see his face, that i can't reach out and touch him, that i can't call him.

i am so sorry you are going through this. there are only two people who mean more to me than him,(they are my kids) and i miss him so much.

i hope you start to move to a place of peace. i am sending you lots of love. i am so so sorry.
