Clogged Milk Ducts in Armpits?

I have two dime size lumps/bumps in my arm pits that appeared after my milk came in. Well, I had one on one side that was there my entire pregnancy that the doctor said looked fine, but was much smaller.

Now I have one in each arm pit and they are about the size of a dime. Is this related to my milk coming in?

I should add that neither one of the lumps hurt. They are a little sore I might say, but definitely not painful or anything.

i had one the size of a peach in my armpit when i was pumping for millie. the lc had me do cold compresses and pump longer while massaging the area.

Are you sure it isnt an enlarged lymph node? Breast tissue does extend up to the shoulder - but i never heard of it extending under the arm pit - it isnt a clogged milk duct , 'ducts' are at the other end of the breast.
