I know that one of you mamas has the answer to this, but I'm completely stumped.

There is greasy residue in our dishwasher. We use Method dishwasher powder, and it's not cleaning that residue. What can I use to get rid of it without having to resort to handwashing the entire inside of the dishwasher?
I'd prefer a natural way to do it as well....
