I'm back!!!! I did work a lot in October - I just never made it to the board to post. I'm in for 1500 in November

Hey Thanks!!!! Truthfully, I did miss checking in with everyone else's progress and I noticed that because I wasn't being held accountable, I didn't really push myself for those extra workouts.... I love these monthly threads.

I started doing the wii fit every day on Halloween. I want to change it up some. So far I've just been doing the step workouts. I've got about 80 lbs to lose. I'm in for 1000

Hello

I am still working my way back from an ACL reconstruction in August. Other than a lot of PT, I have been really slacking off!

So, I will start today with 45 minutes of walking and c25k.
