why back to TWO naps?

DS is 13.5 months - for nearly two months has been at one nap. A nice, two-hour nap after lunch.
But the past four days... he's back to two naps. He gets up at 8am, and by 10-10:30, he is horribly cranky, so I put him down. And he sleeps! Takes another one around 3pm - exactly what he used to do when he was a 2-nap kiddo.

Does teething do this?

Cause he's cut two top teeth and two molars in the past week... more on their way. Snot abundant, grabbing ears, playing with his mouth. I get teething.... but does that require more naps?

Yeah, we were in the same DDC, and A did this a few weeks ago. Total growth spurt.
