Alternate uses for BM?

So I have a freezer full of donor milk. At least one of the donors has some pretty severe lipase, and doesn't scald. When DS was getting only BM, he didn't mind it, but now that he's getting mostly formula, he's refusing to eat the lipase milk (since he's used to it always tasting the same). So I need something to do with all this lipase milk - preferably to get him to eat it in some form. But since it's lipase, it needs to be something that will cover the bitter flavor. Any ideas?

All my children (ages 17 months to 9 yo) like Familia Baby Muesli. It's decent ingredients, and I make it with warmed milk and frozen blueberries. I think it'd cover the flavor. WF carries it.

You could also probably make some kind of homemade muesli that would be suitable for a baby.
