Everyone's still fighting their personal battles, but I have to throw a big heads-up and hands-down for Kathy. We'll all be thinking of you as you head into surgery.
Halloween's over and this month we'll be facing Thanksgiving in the US and preparations for the big Holiday season.

I've also heard catnip is good, but I doubt you have any.
that if you can either cut out dairy entirely, or do a week or so (?) of really low sals, you'll see which is more important, or that both are really helpful, and then that takes a lot of uncertainty away. Or maybe I'm projecting my bias--I don't do well with uncertainty, I like to know what I have to do and then I can make more solid plans to implement.
I would say a couple cups maybe in a small bath? The vitamin K protocol says to use 8 cups per bath, but that's for dealing with oxalates specifically. It's supposed to make you more alkaline, and I have no idea how that relates to allergies... but I'm sure that it helps somehow.
Either way, a Costco membership is a must if you're going to do the soda baths!
Back to full dose. Looking forward to having something resembling energy and not feeling like puking- not to mention decreased allergic reactions. My sinuses are killing me. 
That's like... 1/4 of one of the baking soda bags I get! eta: maybe even 1/2
