Where would I post this?

I want to start a discussion on the cruel practices behind every day products (child labor, factory farms, etc) and ask how people decide what to do about it. Like, where they draw the line, what they avoid, if they think boycotting actually does any good, etc.

That seems like activism to me.

I thought about that, but I want to hear opposing views- ie: one person boycotts things, but another doesn't think that boycotting is the best way to handle it and has other ideas. That stuff. Is activism still ok?

eta- nevermind. It just occurred to me that people can share differing opinions, just not debate. lol
