Sorry, another help thread!

I am new to this stuff. None of us have any allergies.

My dd is 11 months old and has begun to "break out" on her face. It changes but leaves her face with an acne-like face or just a "rough" looking skin. Her diaper area is fine but she does have bumps here and there on her body.

I am trying to narrow it down so these are totally guesses:

Dairy sensitivity. I had started giving her yo-baby before bed so that was suspect. She has had a huge variety of solids for 5 months now and I've not noticed this reaction with any other dairy she's had.

Laundry soap. A friend gave us some clothes they had just washed so I didn't re-wash them.

Dog allergy. She has intermittent contact with friends and neighbor dogs and people who live with them.

Any way anyone could point me in a good direction.

She has also been a terrible spitter since birth but I've noticed she's doing it a bit more lately. FYI

Do you or your husband have any environmental allergies?
Before you said she was a heavy spitter, I was leaning toward the contact dermatitis from the laundry soap of the friends' clothes. But once you said the heavy spitter, then I'd say try pulling dairy first (from both of you if you are breastfeeding). It could be that she's been reacting to dairy all along with the heavy spitting, and then with the addition of the yogurt, she started reacting more.
