OBs in Bryan/College Station

Are there any doctors in the BCS area that are good about letting mom birth with as few interventions as possible?

Neither of my babies were in in B/CS, but I see Dr. Anna Damian at Brazos Physicians Group. She has been very open to my insistence that any future births will be VBACs (I've already had one) and was willing to discuss it & find solutions when the time comes. She is also my two-year-old's doctor and is fantastic with kids. She did not question my choice to delay/extend vaccinations for my daughter. Her bedside manner is fantastic and I never feel like she's trying to rush me out of the room. The nurse practitioner there is great as well (although, I cannot remember her name...sorry!)

I have also heard that Dr. Weslei Rice is open to natural childbirth, but have heard mixed reviews about bedside manner.

Unfortunately, B/CS is fraught with "traditional" docs (at least when it comes to VBACing). Good luck in your search!
