The Return of AF

I got my first PP AF. What can I expect as far as how this will affect BF for us? TIA!

I always had a bit of a supply drop when AF came, but not enough to be a concern except when I was pumping at work. and my supply would go right back to normal after a few days.

I get some nipple soreness a few days before. I'm not sure how it affects my supply because I quit pumping right before I got my first PP AF. My son doesn't show any signs of not getting enough milk around that time of the month. He turned 2 the same week AF returned.

We haven't had any supply issues. I have been very irregular though, with cycles anywhere from 20 to 50 days. Nerve wracking for sure!
