Hey!
I'm currently having a lot of difficulty getting in enough calories in the day. I am thinking that adding in a high protein shake for breakfast or even for 'snacks' would be a good idea.
What good protein powder shakes are there?
Caveats: I'm allergic to dairy. I *think* I can do whey, but anything with milk protein isolate, etc is a no go.
Any good tasting shakes?
I'm looking for really high protein too. I find it really hard to cook with a 6 week old, so lots of times, all I get are carbs like fruit, bread, etc.
