Took my almost five year old daughter to the doctor yesterday. Her regular doctor wasn't in so I saw his associate whom I've never liked. He just has a bad disposition. Daughter has been coughing a lot, complaining of a stomach ache and was feverish. She does have asthma. Turns out she had some pneumonia going on in the left lung. Blah, blah, blah, come back in two weeks. Asks me if I want to give her a flu shot. I politely declined. Very condescendingly says "that's your choice, see you back here when she gets the flu!" ..... @&**!!!***#%!!!

Scheduled two week follow up with her doctor. May be looking for a new clinic.
Even if I did vax, why would I give her a vaccine when she's already clearly sick?! Just disgusted ....

I hope you didn't let him get away with a comment as disgusting as that. I hope you at least called him on his BS. Id file a complaint. No parent should be treated that way. It's disgusting.

File a complaint. Ask that it be put in your file and get a copy.
Find another clinic if possible and give this as your reason. Doctors are hired consultants, and you are the boss.
