Any other suggestions? I have four. I'm really not a baker, but perhaps that's all there is to do with them? I hate to waste food!

puree them with some milk and sugar/honey/sweetener of choice and freeze. banana sorbet. delicious!

Mash them up, freeze in ice cubes, then puree, you won't even need the sweetener or milk IMO. When I was a raw foodist, this was my 'ice cream!'

I made banana fritters from these once... cause my family was tired of banana bread.

Peel and freeze them and then use them instead of ice cubes in a smoothie. I usually blend together, OJ, frozen bananas, spinach, and strawberries. If the spinach sounds gross to you try it, you really can't taste it. If you (or your kids) don't like drinking a green smoothie, add blueberries and turn it a lovely shade of purple. :-)

-smoothies of all kinds
-peel and freeze for later use
-bananas flambe over some vanilla yogurt or ice cream
-banana pudding
-banana milk- blend up with some vanilla and drink or use in the place of milk
-banana pancakes with some cinnamon and walnuts

You can use them as a fat substitute in most baking recipes. It has to be something that would taste okay with banana though, peanut butter brownies are excellent that way.
