So I took a FRER today. I thought I saw an extremely faint line appearing but figured my eyes were playing tricks on me. I held it up to the light and could definately see a line. When I looked at it again away from the light, there was no mistaking the two lines. The test line is fainter than the control but it is there, it is pink, and it appeared within the time limit.
My question is: Could the light somehow turn the test positive?
Pregnancy this month is possible but I figured it was unlikely.

so I doubt that holding a test up to the light would turn it positive. Not to mention, if that worked, I think a lot of us would have a bunch of false positives.
