I'd choose the absolute best you can afford like the Ameda or the PISA. If you are on a budget, get a gently used one from someone you trust.

our WIC office "rents" out Pump In Style pumps for free with a $10 refundable deposit.
also check with your insurance. i got a free Pump in Style from mine with just a signed form from my ped that i was going back to work. i have state insurance but my HMO is a large well-known one so they may have the same benefits available to non-medicaid patients???
