Colloidal silver nasal spray

I just picked up my first bottle of colloidal silver nasal spray & I'm so confused by the directions. It says to take "once daily" as maintenance and the serving size says "20 sprays." Surely I'm not to take 20 sprays once daily!? The strength is 10 PPM like every other bottle I've seen & the amount per serving says 20 mcg. So basically, each spray is 1mcg. Is that what I need? Just 1 mcg?

Help!!

It says that because technically, according to the FDA, it is only allowed to be sold as a dietary supplement. If you look at the front of the label it will say at the very top "dietary supplement" to keep in compliance w/the regs. This is what the hcp at my hfs told me.

Ok, so I get why they list the dosage in mcg then but it still doesn't help me know how many sprays to take. Once, twice or five time daily means very little when a single dosage is listed as 20 sprays. I did 2 sprays per nostril.

I have heard to use 2-3 sprays per nostril a couple times per day. I think you just have to gauge by symptoms. I only use this as a last resort, though, because I absolutely hate anything going up my nose! I much prefer eating garlic and inhaling steam!

Ok, thanks! I'm desperate & have been doing everything I can find, up the nose & all. (I'm addicted to my neti pot). I had my first ever sinus infection 2 years ago & have been battling sinus issues ever since. Thankfully I haven't had chronic infections (this will only be my second) but just chronic post nasal drip. So I'm trying everything!!
