X wide winter boots? Help!!

Help! My 3 yo wears size 11/12 DOUBLE wide. It's hard enough to find him sneakers & regular shoes, but I can't find a single pair of winter boots that come in even regular wide width. I literally can't squeeze his feet into them. I've looked online & in several stores.

I live in the northeast so decent winter boots are pretty important. Any suggestions?

We get sheepskin boots. They have them in kids sizes, as well. Good ones are not cheap, but my girls and I have tremendously wide feet and they're the only things that work.

This is what my ds got last year. This is what my oldest dd also got last year. They do run big. I got her a cheaper brand this year that runs small and still need to order her a new pair.

They were not nearly this pricey last year, I don't know why the price is so high now.

Your 3 yo?! Wow, my 4 yo just went into size 10. Anyway, she was an extra wide when she was younger, but fits most regular shoes now as long as they don't run narrow. We loved (still love, but don't need a wide) Tundra Boots. I got a great deal on this years on 6pm.com but even at full price they are worth it! I believe that the Quebec model specifically comes in wide, and they are actually cut generously enough that a wide may fit an extra wide. We're in Minnesota, so we know cold and snow.

Yup, he's huge. He weighs more & his feet are nearly as big (and are wider) than my 5 yo!
