Credible information on extended rear facing?

I am interested in making credible information on extended rear facing, hopefully from a known and somewhat respected agency, available to parents at the facility I work in. I never did the extended rear facing stuff because it wasn't something I knew about with my dd but I think it would be nice to at least let parents know about it from a safety standpoint.
