I've had this problem for as long as I can remember. It doesn't scare me, but I'm wondering if it's normal.
If I wake up in the middle of the night or when I wake up in the morning, if I yawn or take a deep breathe, my lungs hurt really bad. Feels like they've shrunk in my sleep and it almost feels like they tear or something when I yawn. After I've been awake for about an hour, I can yawn perfectly fine. Anyone else get this?
