Eye infection in rescue kitten. Homeopathic remedy?

I posted this in pets, too. But I thought maybe someone with homeopathic knowledge could help out as well. Hope that's OK.

A lady we know is a foster mother for rescue kittens. She just got one whose eye is terribly infected. The pink part under the bottom lid is swollen up over the entire eye. The vet has injected it with something (cortisol, I think she said) three times and they are giving her anti-biotics. Nothing is helping and she's worried he will lose his eye. Otherwise the kitten seems healthy and happy.

I was wondering about a homeopathic remedy? Does anyone know? I can't find it on the internet.

I've squirted my breastmilk in my dogs and cat's eyes when they've had infections and it clears up in hours
