LOVED it. We now actually own it.

I even have a free movie pass to go see a movie. And have had it for several months. But that would require choosing a movie and getting a baby sitter. Im too lazy for that. We like to rent movies though.

Guardians of Ga'hoole, but the last non-kids' movie was Tamara Drewe.

Mostly I go to family/kids' movies though--DS is my cinema buddy, we love going.

As long as Deathly Hallows doesn't have a legal age of 12 here we should be able to go see it and it will be the first HP in the theater for both of us. If it does have a legal age of 12 (as did HP 4 and 5) then maybe it will still be playing somewhere when go to the U.S. later in the winter.

In the theatre, it was Eclipse - the midnight show. The next one that I see will be Harry Potter 7 - the midnight show. I've come to realize that it is way easier for me to leave when everyone is asleep! Dh would just as soon watch a movie at home, so it's not worth working hard to make it happen, but I love the theatre experience.
With the kiddos we do drive-ins in the summer. They love them but they have to start so late waiting for the dark, so while I loved Despicable Me (1st feature), I only saw 5 minutes of Toy Story 3 (2nd feature). When I'm with grownups and sitting up with a large pop I'm fine at midnight, but put a sleeping toddler on me and it's game over!

We go to the movies pretty close to once a week, sometimes more and of course, sometimes a little less.

On Friday, we saw Megamind and on Saturday, we saw Due Date. We all liked both of them, but Megamind was a bit better (or my expectations a lot lower, whereas I was expecting Due Date to be uproariously funny)!

We'll probably go see Morning Glory next weekend -- I'm guessing it won't be out long and I don't want to miss it.

I rarely get to a theatre. Most films aren't worth the expense or effort. I think the last time I was there, it was to see Avatar in 3D. I can't recall the one before it.

I saw the latest Saw movie in 3D on Saturday. I really enjoyed it but the 3D part was a waste of money.

Eugh, I hate 3D. Gives me a headache. And I've NEVER seen a film in which it actually enhanced the story... it's always been 95% distracting and 5% obvious that the director chose a shot just so you could have a butterfly flapping past your face or an arrow whizzing by your eye or something.

Also, watching Saw in 3D would probably send me to an institution.

I don't go to the movies much but always do for HP.  I will be seeing the new HP this month and am looking forward to it.

LOL. The 3D part was so unnecessary. I went to the theatre by myself and it cost $15.50. When the cashier told me how much the ticket was I wanted to turn back around but I rarely do stuff on my own and considered it a treat.

There was only two other people in the theatre. A couple...I wanted so badly to say, "can I please sit between the two of you. I'm scared."

Same here, Toy Story  3.  It was the last thing I did with my oldest, just the two of us, before the new baby.  That and the zoo.
