I have an almost 15 month old dd and I would like to have some reccomendations as to what a healthy diet is for her age. I am trying to makes sure she is getting all the nurtrients she needs. So if you have any menu ideas for a toddler her age I would love to hear them!

Thanks

My boys have always just eaten whatever I/we were eating. DS2 at 15 months is still eating just about anything (he was caught recently dipping a baby carrot into HOT salsa and sucking on it...). So, for example, today, he's had:

WW toast w/ peanut butter
cheese
pizza (normal crust/pizzsauce/mozz cheese w/ chicken & various veggies as I was out of pepperoni...)
pumpkin pancakes w/maple syrup

Mixed in with some apple slices, canned peaches, raw milk and apple cider and orange juice Course, the above is basicly what *I* ate today too (except I had golden crisp cereal w/ raw milk instead of the toast & pb )
