On the way home from daycare today I had this conversation with my 2.5 yo:

DS: eeeeeww! That's not for dinner!
Me: What's not for dinner?
DS: ummmmmm?

a few quiet moments go by

DS: There's a booger on my finger
DS: That for dinner?
Me: NO! That's not for dinner!
DS: yup! That's for dinner!
Me: ewwww! Don't eat boogers for dinner!
DS: yummm! That good!

Haha!! That's so cute

My 17 month old daughter often sticks her finger in her nose, and I will playfully tell her, "Ewww! Gross!" and wipe the booger off. Now, anytime she gets anything strange looking on her hands (mooshed banana, sock fuzz, etc) she says, "Oooooo goss!" and lifts her hand to me so I can wipe it off.

When my little cousin was about 2 years old, I had her with me at the grocery store. We were standing in line when she exclaimed:

"I have twooooo boooogers on one of my fingers!" LOL
