Bendy dolls, wire and wood frame, other supplies?

Hi all,
I've seen the wire and wood doll frames (dollhouse size) and like them, but the wood body just seems too bulky.http://www.winterwoodtoys.com.au/sho...s.asp?CatID=25 I'd like some with just wire cord body. Or I can make my own using the cord, but I have no idea what kind of cord to get. I have a beautiful craft book that shows how to make bendy cord doll frames and then cover them with wool and linen......but it's in Japanese so the materials list is a mystery. Argh!
Can anyone help me?

Oh, thank you! Those are actually perfect! I was also looking for a way to make a cloth head for these small dolls and they have the headless frames so I can add my own heads! Super!!!
