PLEASE HELP! Waffle recipe needed for Bosch

I want to use my Bosch Universal Kitchen Machine to make a large batch of belgium waffles. I tried using their pancake recipe in it last night to make waffles ... lets just say that didn't work. So....anyone have an excellent waffle recipe. I would like to use all-purpose or whole wheat or a combo (I grind my own) but no other grains. I'm new to using the Bosch and would like to know how long to mix it, etc. Can anyone help me out?

I don't have a bosch so I can't help you with that but this is my waffle recipe that I/we love. They also freeze wonderfully, fwiw

2-4 eggs, separated (I usually used 3)
1 ½ cups buttermilk or sour milk
¼- ½ cups oil or melted butter
2 TBSP brown sugar
2 tsp. Baking powder
½ tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. Vanilla
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp salt
2 cups flour: ½ whole wheat and ½ white flour

Beat egg whites until stiff. In a separate large bowl, beat yolks with milk. Add remaining ingredients, beating after each addition. Fold in beaten egg whites, gently. Pour into lightly greased pre-heated waffle iron (medium-hot) and bake until it stops steaming.

You can mix up the flour - buckwheat, all whole wheat, all white, half'n half, whatever as long as it comes to 2 cups A single recipe doesnt make that much, so I usually double (or triple) so I have some to freeze...
