About a month and a half ago I got a notice in the mail saying that FOC was sending CS arrearage to the credit reporting agencies for ex. Then about 3 weeks later I got a notice saying that he needed to show up to court for a show cause hearing since he hasn't paid any child support since june of this year. He went on Nov 2nd and was told to pay $500 within a couple days or they were issuing a bench warrant. So far no payment so looks like the warrant will be put out.
