Quickening

When did you all feel quickening with your other pregnancies, or have any of you felt it yet this time? I can't wait! I know it's still early, but I am so excited. The baby moving is pretty much my favorite part of pregnancy! How much earlier should I expect it since this is my second, anyone know?

With my DS, I first felt it at 14-15 weeks but at the time I wasn't sure if that's what it was. I kept feeling those movements though, and then the first time I felt real kicks was 18 weeks.

Haha, I guess I'm one of the furthest along here. 10 weeks. I'm just so excited for movement though!

I can't wait either! The first trimester is looong and without many rewards. I feel sick most of the time, haven't heard or seen the little one and am def looking forward to that constant and beautiful reminder that someone is indeed taking shape

Mine are felt generally right at fourteen weeks.

I will be 10 wks on Sunday. I felt first at 15 weeks and second at 12 weeks. Midwife said that was because I am thin so we will see this time. Hopefully it is near the 12 week mark.

With my first it was around 18 weeks and with my second it was around 11 weeks. I was much thinner the second time around which is why I think I felt that one so early. This time, not so much.

This is my 5th child, and I keep feeling twinges now and then which seem so much like fetal movement, but I know it must be too early. Weird, right? My mind must be playing tricks on me!

I have been having this too. I'm only 9 weeks though so it's way too early.

I could have sworn I felt something yesterday not long after posting this thread! I was probably just thinking about it too much but I suppose it's possible. Soon! Excited to hear so many of you felt it as early as 12 weeks!

I was 10 weeks yesterday and I SWEAR I've been feeling faint little flutters and bumps all week. I know it's "supposed" to be too early, but I also know what I'm feeling.
with my first, I felt the first flutters I was sure of around 15ish weeks, I think? I can't remember exactly, but I do remember I was feeling him kick every day by 18 weeks, and DH felt him by 19 weeks...

with my 2nd, I felt the first whisper right around 12-13 weeks...I had an anterior placenta, though, so constant/consistent movement was a little bit later
post #18 of 42
#1 10.5 weeks
#2 17 weeks
#3 10-11 weeks
#4 (this one) I felt a bit in my 10-11th week, and I'm feeling it off and on now... but it's still very light. I'm so distracted all the time that I'm not sure what I'm feeling!
