B vitamin Injection: How often?

I got my first B vit injection a few days ago It was 1ml B12 and then another ml of a multi B. How often can I/should I do this?

Are you taking them for a deficiency or energy?

They are usually given monthly, but sometimes if the levels are very low, they are given bimonthly.
