Can we talk beeswax polish?

What do you all use on your toys? We've got some stuff that came with it on it but has now worn away and is in need of a good polishing (one wooden car chipped yesterday because it was a bit dry!).

I can't afford to go buying tons of toys because the ones I have get cracked and dry, so I'm in need of some good beeswax polish! What do you use? How do you use it? Is it difficult?

We use this recipe (I use a bit more wax in mine) and it is lovely. I save up the ends of our beeswax candles and have enough in no time. Super easy. We use it on everything wood, even some furniture.
