Test tweakers needed!

O.K. before anybody from the "November Whatever" thread comes over here and freaks out, these are NOT my tests! They are my friend's tests. She's trying to figure out if she's still testing positive from her d&c 4 weeks ago or if this is a new positive.

The one on the top, she thought was negative until she dug it out of the trash today. The one in the middle she took yesterday and the one on the bottom is from today. So ladies, that faint line in the first one, is it an evap? Or is there color?

I don't see any color in the top one. And the fact that the second and bottom have gotten a smidge progressively darker, i'd think it to be a new positive?

Normally I would say yes but she was still testing positive from the last pg as late as a week ago. I totally didn't expect that. She was 8w when she had the d&c but the baby had passed around 6w.

I certainly wouldn't want to give false hope, but I agree that the bottom two look progressively darker.

I know MaerynPearl is busy with her new sweet one but is there anyone else on here that can do the inverts or saturation to see if that mark in the first one is in fact an evap?

LOL Im here but its my opinion that you dont need editing.

If she was still testing positive last week, it doest mean these are positive because of that. It really does go out of your system faster than that, especially after just 8w (Im not even 6w pp after a 42 week pregnancy and already testing negative. not that I testing *cough* *cough* *cough*)

Id say yes, they are getting progressively darker. What she needs to do now is call her doctor and tell them that her tests are getting darker. They will have her come in for blood tests to be sure that the amount is going up... with that confirmed they will schedule an ultrasound in a week or two to be sure this is indeed a new pregnancy (sometimes... and its rare and I doubt this is that case... some can be left inside after a D&C and it can cause problems... but Im pretty sure thats only after a Molar pregnancy not a normal one)

Thanks so much ladies! I told her she needs to get a quant beta done to see if it's rising or falling but the earliest she can get to the dr is Monday with her work schedule. Honestly I was surprised at how dark her tests were from last Friday. They were darker than any positive I got with my last pg before 5 w.

it is my highly unprofessional opinion that #1 is a BFN, #2 is about as faint as my 13dpo BFP and #3 is a nice obvious BFP

Thanks Mae! I'm fairly certain that the test from today is a BFP but she's just really gun-shy since she got pretty dark positives last weekend. She's planning to test throughout the weekend so I think they will keep getting darker.
