Yummy party food to be eaten by spoon?

Okay, so I fell in love with these adorable little cordial glasses/tiny spoons at Pier 1, arranged 12 to a tray for entertaining. So I'm planning to use them for my dish for bunco next week, but I'm drawing a blank for what to serve in them. I'm thinking of things like:

Mini tiramisus
Mini trifles (maybe chocolate/cherry for a twist?)
Sabayon/zabaglione (maybe too textureless? Could I add crunch somehow, maybe as a topping?)
Pannacotta (again, lacks texture)

Any other ideas for yummy appetizers or desserts that could be presented this way?

Homemade pudding

you need a layered desert in miniture.

my vote would be for tiramisu's, but chili's and olive garden do little treats in glasses-- like cakes and brownies and icecream etc.

Cheesecake, a crunchy layer, cheesey layer and fruit layer
fruit purée, yoghurt, granola
greek yoghurt swirled with fruit purée topped with crushed meringue
a chilled soup
prawn cocktail

three layer mousse/pudding?

You could go dark, milk, and white chocolate

or a layer of peanut butter, or mint, or caramel, or butterscotch or pumpkin or apple or cherry , okay, I have to stop. I'm getting hungry

or no bake cheesecakes with cherry topping?

Great savory ideas, thank you! I was only able to come up with desserts. I think I'll do a layered dessert (probably a trifle) for this time, but I'll do prawns next time -- great idea!

I vote for the 3 layer mousse (dark, milk and white chocolate)! They were giving out free samples of a dessert like that at a new grocery store in my area and it was super tasty. I think they even sold it in little cups. I feel like they also had one with a berry layer and maybe a cheesecake type layer.

I've always wanted to serve mango sorbet in martini glasses for guests. I just puree some frozen mangos in my Magic Bullet, sometimes adding a tiny bit of water to make it blend easier. I'd garnish with a leaf of basil.
