how to remove stains?

Is there a way to remove stains from CDs without using bleach? I know that the diapers are clean and the stains are harmless, but I guess I'd like them to look clean too. Or maybe I'm doing something wrong & they're not supposed to be stained in the first place!?!

I use Flips - both the organic cotton pre-folds & the stay-dry microfiber inserts are stained; the covers are getting a little discolored too. I wash ~every 2 days: cold rinse, hot wash with Tide free & clear, cold rinse, cold rinse, dry in dryer (hang dry covers). Line drying in the sun is not really an option for me.

Oh, in case anyone is wondering, I'm talking about poop stains, from a toddler who eats everything.

Thanks!!

the sun is the easiest way.

i do use "shout" to pre treat poop on clothes and covers (that i just toss in the regular wash) but never on diapers. the sun is always the best and my first choice.

i've had great luck to even be able to sun out stain by putting them in a sunny spot inside my car when traveling.

maybe try a sunny window at home

It depends on the source of the stain. EBF poop suns out easily, but my toddler's blueberry poops - seem to be permanent stains on brand new dipes (first wearing, no less).

A day or so in full sunlight will take them back to white again.
