Seattle Waldorf-ish Mindful Mamas & Toddlers

I'm thinking it would be fun to get a little Waldorf type toddler playgroup together for mama's & little ones. My daughter is 2 1/2 and I'm interested in many of the Waldorf philosophies and after checking out a few different pre-schools realized I was not interested in going that route (not that they were affordable anyway... eek!). Most of our little family & friends are either young or much older and I'd like to see my gal get some interaction w/ children close to her age.
Also, anyone know of any Lantern walks in the city? I heard of one in Lynwood but would love to find one closer to home.

Oh my! I too am a mama who has a 2.5 year old lil girl and is sort of doing waldorfish type of stuff at home. We are not purists by any means but we try to have rhythms and foster creative play as much as possible. I've been looking for a group to do a playgroup with like you...I live in west Seattle and if you are interested to meet up, I would love to! Vina

Iv'e been wanting to find a waldorf inspired playgroup as well, so happy I came to this site : )  I have a 19mo. old son and he loves to play outside (and so do I).  We have been going to a co-op once a week and it is nice but I have really been wanting to be a part of a playgroup of like minded mamas and to have more unique adventures rather than activities in a classroom setting  : )
