Sudden pain

Hello, I could really use some help or ideas! I have been breastfeeding my baby for almost 5 months now and breastfeeding has been going well (this is my second breastfed child, and I am more knowledgeable this time). However, a couple of days ago I noticed some slight pain in my left breast. The nipple seemed uncomfortable when I nursed, and then the milk ducts (at the base of my breasts and under my arms) hurt all the time. The pain has gotten slightly worse over the past few days and now my right breast hurts too! It is so strange, because I have no fever (so not mastitis?) and it seems both breasts wouldn't get clogged ducts at the same time, would they? Advil and hot showers help some. It hurts constantly, not just when she is nursing. The pain is increasing. Any ideas or suggestions?

Awesome link on mastitis posted above. I wanted to add, try changing baby's position at every nursing.
