2-year molars - Who's with me?

I knew this day would come and I think it's time I admit the 5+ night wakings and grumpiness we've had for the past 2 weeks are teething round two. It's all eerily similar to when he was 5-14 months and breaking in the first set of teeth.

What am I in for? 2 months? 4 months?

Anyone else going through it right now? How are you coping?

Yawn.

My DD went to the dentist @ 24mo old and we were told that her 2 yr molar were on their way in (and she was exhibiting teething behavoir). She is now 6 weeks short of her THIRD birthday, and the two bottom ones are final through. It has NOT been fun - she's had more teething-typical runny noses and very low grade teething-type fevers in the last 10 mo than she did her entire first two years. And we still have two more molars to go!

"Wahhhhh! Mama, nun-nuns."

*we nurse*

"Wahhhh. Uh side. Uh side mama."

*nurse on other side*

"AHHHHH! UH SIDE! Uh side."

*switch back to first side*

After two seconds of nursing, "Waahhhhhh!" *chews on fingers, kicks, thrashes around*

Yawn indeed.

I keep obsessively checking to see the molars' progress, which of course is painstakingly slow, as if one day I'll look in there and SURPRISE all four will have magically popped out overnight. So far we have one point in for each lower tooth.
