I have no idea how to handle it. DS is almost one and regularly goes to bed between 7:00 and 7:30. Help!

We don't have a set bedtime but our kids do have a natural rhythm... the three youngest are usually asleep between 7:30-8:30...

Usually their rhythm is off for a day or two but then it goes back to normal without us doing anything...

If you need to just gradually change the bedtime to fit the new time. Here I just stick to the regular time. On school nights bedtime is 9 on the weekend we dont have a set bedtime so that makes it a bit easier.

I always switched them immediately to the new time, anticipating that we might have some difficult bedtimes or early mornings for a few days. Mine are older now, but we do the same-- I've already "switched" the time for them, and they'll go to bed at the new time tonight.

DD is nearly 15 mos and usually goes to bed between 7:45 -8:15. Yesterday we had her stay up about 30 min later, and as a result she woke up later this morning, so tonight she went to bed about 9. Hopefully she'll wake up proportionately later tomorrow a.m. and we'll be nearly back on track by tomorrow evening. Just keep it gradual over a few days and you should be good to go!
