The last couple of weeks I have added a lot of vitamins and minerals to help heal my body and help my 2.5yo allergies. The issue is I seem to be having a ton of gas and it smells like rotten eggs. Totally embarrassing! Is this due to the supplements, something I am eating or lack of something I need to be taking?

I don't eat foods high in sulphur and no eggs so what gives? Is it die off from all the new supps? Dd is doing pretty well with all the new sups which is great now if I could just fix this problem.

I am taking a multi B vit, P5P, B12, minerals, Mo, Mag, Vit C, Vit D.
