Third baby...youngest will be 5...what to replace?

Here's what I'm thinking and would like feed back.

Diapers: will probably need some new covers.
Car seat: I have two convertibles that are 3 years old. I think they will work for a little while if I need them to.
Stroller: Is 7 years old but it will still be good right?
Crib: Through the old one out (it had already been through at least 5 kids) so will get a new crib and mattress if/when baby needs it.
Pack n Play: DH left it outside with the last one and I was too worn out ot bring it in. At a minimum we need to see if we can order a new mattress from Graco. Any ideas on how to clean it?
Co-sleeper: We are planning to order a new mattress as we originally bought it used with current mattress.
Bouncy Seat I really don't like the one we have but I'm assuming it's still good?
Swing The one we have is really old and kind of falling apart. Thinking about opting for a travel model (if we have money)
ClothesDifferent season for a girl so will check and see what we have for the right season. If it's a boy we need a whole new wardrobe.
Slings have a Maya and a Moby. If we have the money once the baby is here we might consider something like an Ergo.

Thanks for input. I know it looks like a lot of stuff to put the baby in. My last one I had to hold in my arms 24/7. She didn't want to be in ANYTHING. So if this one gives me the opportunity. I might set him/her down for 5 minutes , so that I can get something done and with other kids around, would like a safe place to do so.

I also had this situation - youngest was 5 when baby came along (though my stuff had been through 3 kids by then).
I did have to replace car seat, because I'd had my infant seat since my 10yo was a baby, so it had expired and discarded.
Check the stroller over carefully, and you probably want to give the fabric a wash, and then check that it's in good working order.
Diapers - I found that there was some worn-out elastic and delaminated pul on the covers, but my prefolds were fine in the infant size. Many of the larger prefolds were rags after going through 3 kids, so after baby was born I put in an order for more covers and bought extra prefolds whilst I was getting free shipping. When baby was a bit older I bought some fitteds to round out our stash (and more covers!).
Other equipment. A swing is good if baby likes it, bouncy seat is useful but it's used for so little time that I don't think it matters if you don't like it. I did enjoy having two, though (one upstairs, one downstairs, or one in dh's office and one in the living room). Not sure I would have bought 2, but they were both hand-me-downs.
I got a lot of new clothing for this baby as I think a lot of people assumed I did not still have anything from my 10yo dd, so I think you can wait on that. Initially it's just sleepers, anyway, which are pretty much all-round gear. If baby is due in the winter you might want to make sure you have a fleece snowsuit, though.
I am finding the pack-and-play useful, though not essential yet - more as a safe place to put baby so she doesn't get into the big kids' stuff if I can't watch her for a minute, than as a place to keep baby safe from big kids (which was the case when I had babies and toddlers!). I'd try a garden hose and dishwashing liquid to clean the pack-and-play, but I wouldnt' bother until you find out if you can get a replacement mattress from Graco!
I think what I needed most besides diapers and clothes was my sling, so I could be more mobile for the older kids!

Thanks so much! Your post is exactly along the lines of what I was thinking but it's been so long, I wanted to make sure I was thinking right. We have a one story house and a very open floor plan for the living, kitchen, dining room. I'm not even going to set up a nursery until the baby needs it. Honestly, if it is another girl, she'll probably share with the girls I already have. But the baby gear will go in the living room as that is where we will spend much of our day. So the pack n play will be there so I can be be close by for naps or to change a diaper or something. The swing and the bouncy seat will be there too just for a change in scenery (if we get another swing).

I've never had a newborn in the summer, sleepers are still good? I'm assuming the light weight ones as opposed to the heavy terry ones right?
