Tummy Troubles

DD is 5.5 and has complained of a tummy ache for the past 5-7 weeks. She has been examined by two HPs and we are awaiting IGg allergy test results. (she has other allergy "symptoms", too).

We are at a loss to know what to do at this point except trying to isolate the times when she seems to complain of discomfort.

I just noticed today that her stomach seems especially "round"--sort of distended looking in cf. to the rest of her body. She does have some weight in her breast area but otherwise her tummy just looks out of proportion to the rest of her.

Any particular food that could cause this? I'm thinking that maybe we could try eliminating one or two until the results come just to see if it helps.

BTW, I'm giving her (and have been) good supplements--fish oil, vitamin C (allergen-friendly), elderberry and probiotics.

I would try digestive enzymes first. Pretty simple and usually takes away the bloating (indigestion). It could easily be a sensitivity to something, but I would rule out the need for enzymes first. Then try to find what foods may be causing it.
