AET for mercury (before dental work)

I'm supposed to have some kind of AET treatment for mercury before having my amalgams removed. I'll have to let y'all know how it goes. When the dentist handed me the vial of mercury to test my reaction....wow...it felt bad, like it was really pulling me down. I should be able to feel any difference if the AET treatment has any effect. (And if this really works, I suppose I could have other things AET'd.)

Is AET like NAET?

I guess so. I don't know the details, I just have to get the amalgams removed and the dentist muscle tested me for a number of things and mercury showed up as a high reactor (I felt it too). So he needs my reaction to be lessened before he can do the dental work. There is someone in the same office who does the AET.

Yesterday I went to the energy therapist/empath to help calm my body from being so reactive to all the metals in my silver amalgam fillings, so I can get them taken out without having a huge reaction. She exceeded my expectations.

She used a "fusion" approach, every tool she has at her disposal. So it wasn't just an NAET kind of thing. She did -no- acupuncture with me, but she did use the acupuncture meridians. She just used different tools on the meridians. She used AET with tapping on pressure points (kind of an EFT approach), tuning fork frequency therapy on the acupuncture meridians, color frequency therapy, laser light therapy, as well as counseling to address any personal/emotional issues during treatment.

She did kinesiology to determine what I'm reactive/sensitive to and what organs are affected, as well as what personal/emotional issues there might be in the way. Apparently I have a lot of problems with metals – most of the metals she tested, and a number of them are exactly what is in a silver amalgam filling.

I totally did not expect this, but she also unearthed some emotional issues from the past that I had forgotten, but they have been affecting me physically. She had to clear me of those before she could clear me of the metals. The best part is that she not only uncovers the trouble (as any counselor would), but she also has tools to help you heal as you are going through it. Amazing. As I am so ultra sensitive, I could feel the energy from a lot of what was going on. I felt physically stronger when I left, and she noted that I even looked younger. I checked in the mirror and sure enough...younger. :)

It's funny that once she determined all the things (that she tested me for) that I'm sensitive to, she handed all the little vials of them to me, in preparation for being cleared of them.  Wow...it felt like she just handed kryptonite to superman....I felt pretty weak just holding that whole bunch of vials....until she ran the clearing procedure.

An interesting note is that she also found that I am sensitive to vitamin D. But, I am allergic to wool and lanolin, so I'm thinking her vial of vitamin D was derived from lanolin, not fish. When I asked her, she did not know where it was derived from. It felt like the lanolin kind of vitamin D to me, kind of itchy. I suppose I could have brought my own fish-based D for her to test as well, but I wasn't thinking she was even going to get into supplements.

So it's important to consider not just the substance being tested, but the source of that substance. That could make all the difference.

And now my “homework” is EFT tapping points several times a day, as well as 48-hour avoidance of the items she found me sensitive to.

Sounds really interesting, I'm glad it sounds like it's such a useful practitioner and useful thing before your dental work.  Yay!

I had the amalgams removed today (with all the proper precautions taken for toxic waste removal).  Wow! I feel like the weight of an anvil has been removed from my head.  Really.  I feel so much lighter.  I also feel better physically than I have in years....just getting them out.  And I still have lots of mercury in the rest of my body to detox out.  I'm wondering if this will help me heal from all those food sensitivities.  I'll post an update if that ever happens.
